Health of the nation is increasingly seen as a robust predictor economic growth and assuring minimal level health care to population critical constituent development process. While rising incomes could lead better health, relationship also works in opposite direction. Urbanization symbol demographic shifts representing substantial change from how most world's has lived for past several thousand year. (In India with rapidly growing urbanization increasing urban poverty at high pace posing challenges delivery services poor) Despite focused reforms orientated policies government inequalities prevails creating not only "rural divide " but "rich poor divide". This research paper attempts statistically review assess issues, reasons & inhibiting factors access infrastructure based on findings provide suggestions improving efficiency system wellbeing individuals communities.
